Are there any extra taxes or fees?
No. The price you see is the total price you pay. All applicable taxes and import duties are already included. There will be no surprise charges at checkout or upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information safe?

I see a charge but didn't get an order confirmation. What happened?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank, not a completed charge. The hold will typically be released within 3-10 business days. If the full amount was deducted, please contact us immediately with your details so we can investigate.

Can I pay over the phone?
For maximum security, we do not accept payments over the phone. All transactions must be completed through our secure, encrypted online checkout system where your payment never touches our servers.

Availability & Inventory

Are all products on your site in stock?
Most items are kept in stock for immediate dispatch. During peak seasons like major tournaments, high-demand jerseys may sell out quickly. The most accurate, real-time availability is displayed on each product page.

What does "Pre-Order" mean?
For upcoming new season kits or limited restocks, we may open a "Pre-Order." This allows you to secure your item before it arrives at our warehouse. Your order will be shipped in priority sequence once the stock is received. The estimated dispatch date is clearly shown on the product page.

Sizing & Customization

How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary between brands and styles. We strongly recommend using the detailed Size Guide provided on each product page. Compare your own body measurements with the guide's specific chart for the most accurate fit.

What is your policy on custom jerseys (with name & number)?
Customized jerseys are made exclusively for you and are therefore final sale. Please review all spelling and number choices carefully before confirming your order. Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How should I wash and care for my jersey?
To preserve the colors, prints, and fabric of your jersey, we recommend the following:

• Machine wash cold water with similar colors.

• Turn the jersey inside out before washing.

• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

• Air dry flat is ideal. If using a dryer, select the lowest heat setting.

• Avoid ironing directly on any printed, heat-pressed, or embroidered areas.
