Refund policy
At TopJersey 1688, we strive to provide you with high-quality jerseys and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Personalized Jerseys: Customized jerseys (including any printing of names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
